It’s an escape you have to make at some time in your life. The strongest and feeblest of minds need the peace that nature can bring.  The Central Colorado Rockies is just the place for it.  The summer nights are cool, the sun is strong in the daytime and the rivers, hillsides and mountains beckon you to stroll, paddle, trek, and just wonder at the beauty of nature.

 

 

Listen to the rush of crystal clear waters…hitting stones and rocks and boulders…the sounds echoing in the canyons….a neverending journey that’s made its way for eons.

 

 

Come into my oasis and listen to the trickling mountain streams or watch the fish swim silently in the cool waters of a secluded lake.  A mountain is behind you, and another yet in front of you, no one will bother you here…

 

 

or just lie back on your hammock and stare into the treetops…maybe the mysteries of the universe are not so complex after all….
